Steps:
- 1. Brown hamburger and add onion and pepper. Cook until tender.
- 2. Add garlic salt, thyme, oregano, bread crumbs and cheese.
- 3. Place pie crust in pie plate and layer sliced zucchini, meat mixture, tomatoes and repeat another layer.
- 4. Place top crust over the top and brush top of crust lightly with milk and sprinkle with coarse black pepper.
- 5. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min or until crust is browned.
