Happy Hour Mushrooms image

I had these at a 4th of July party and they are wonderful. My friend Sue shared it with me and now I will share with all of you. Bon Appetit

Number Of Ingredients 8

36 small baby bella mushrooms
3 Tbsp butter melted
1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 stick butter
2/3 c grated monterey jack cheese
3 Tbsp red wine
1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix
2/3 c crushed fritos

Steps:

  • 1. Remove stems from mushrooms. Coat mushroom cups in 3Tablespoons melted butter.
  • 2. Mix all the other ingredients together. Fill mushroom cups and broil 3 minutes.
  • 3. 10-12 appetizers.
