A simple dressing made with flavored yogurt coats this refreshing combination of fresh and canned fruit. It looks spectacular when presented in a pineapple boat and sprinkled with toasted coconut.

I wouldn't recommend this fruit salad. The fruits were not ripe and the coconut milk was sour.

I thought this fruit salad was just okay. The fruits were a bit bland and the coconut milk was too overpowering.

I'm not a big fan of coconut milk, but I still enjoyed this fruit salad. The fruits were fresh and juicy, and the lime juice added a nice tang.

This fruit salad is a great way to use up leftover fruit. I had a bunch of bananas, pineapple, and papaya that were about to go bad, so I threw them all in a bowl with some coconut milk and lime juice. It was delicious!
