100g sliced almonds
100g crushed walnuts
100g dark chocolate
50g desiccated coconut
50g oats
65g diced dried apricot
65g currants
35g chopped dates
17g plain flour
60g apricot jam
60g honey

Steps:

  • Mix all dry ingredients together Melt chocolate, add honey and jam. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well and place in a lined baking tray. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
