Hearty BBQ Baked Beans image

2 (28 ounce) cans baked beans
1 1/2 lbs linguica sausage, sliced
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 large diced onion
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup yellow mustard

Steps:

  • Brown linguica on stove top with diced onions and let cool slightly. Combine all remaining ingredients then fold in cooked linguica and onions. Pour into greased baking dish and bake covered in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes then remove the cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
