Steps:
- 1. Combine walnuts, dates and brown sugar in a bowl.
- 2. Add egg and half of the coconut and mix well.
- 3. Shape into balls and roll into remaining coconut.
- 4. Bake at 350 for 12-14 mins. or until lightly brown.
