Cleaning out the pantry again!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c chopped dates
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 c coconut-divided
1 egg lightly beaten

Steps:

  • 1. Combine walnuts, dates and brown sugar in a bowl.
  • 2. Add egg and half of the coconut and mix well.
  • 3. Shape into balls and roll into remaining coconut.
  • 4. Bake at 350 for 12-14 mins. or until lightly brown.
