- 1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except potatoes.
- 2. Place potatoes in a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan or on a shallow baking sheet; toss with mustard mixture.
- 3. Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender, stirring occasionally.
