My mom made this every Thanksgiving and soon we were having it every holiday (Christmas and Easter too). I have never found anyone who has not liked this reciped.

Steps:
- 1. Fry the bacon to desired state and crumble
- 2. Keep the bacon grease and cook onion in the bacon grease until soft, blend in the flour
- 3. Add sour cream gradually and stir until smooth, bring to a boil and add the corn
- 4. Cook till heated through and fold in bacon
- 5. Pour in baking dish and Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes or until bubbly Top with parsley (optional)
