Home Made Pimento Cheese image

This has been a favorite of mine for many years. So easy.

Number Of Ingredients 6

l lb velvett cheese
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 med. jar(s) pimentos
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  • 1. Let cheeses get to room temperature
  • 2. Mix cheeses with electric mixer.
  • 3. Add pimentos to cheeses and mix by hand.
  • 4. Melt Butter
  • 5. Add sugar and vinegar to melted butter.
  • 6. Pour melted butter, sugar and vinegar to cheeses mixture.
  • 7. Mix real good by hand and refrigerate.
