I'm not a big fan of ketchup, but I actually really liked this balsamic ketchup. It's much more flavorful than regular ketchup.

This ketchup is a great way to use up leftover balsamic vinegar. I always have a bottle of balsamic vinegar in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that uses it up.

This ketchup is a little too vinegary for my taste. I think I'll cut back on the balsamic vinegar next time I make it.

I'm not sure what all the hype is about. This ketchup is just okay. It's not bad, but it's not anything special either.

I had some trouble getting the ketchup to thicken. I ended up having to simmer it for a little longer than the recipe called for.

This ketchup is a little too sweet for my taste, but I think it would be great for people who like their ketchup on the sweeter side.

I've been using this ketchup for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed with how well it keeps. I've had it in the fridge for over a month, and it's still just as fresh and flavorful as the day I made it.
