Honey French Dressing image

I was looking for a recipe for honey french the other day but couldn't find one that was quite what I wanted. I ended up combining various different recipes and this is what resulted.

Yield 7 fluid ounces

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4-1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
6 -8 drops Tabasco sauce

Steps:

  • Whisk together ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup.
  • Chill (overnight is best) to allow flavors to combine.

I followed the recipe exactly and the dressing turned out really thick. I had to add some water to thin it out.
