1 lime, juice of
4 ounces plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 dash cayenne pepper
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Blend all ingredients together well.
  • 2. Store in refrigerator in sealed container until ready to use.
