Steps:
- 1. In a bowl whisk together the lime juice, olive oil and garlic. Lay the tuna steak out on a plate and season with salt and pepper. Place half of the glaze mix over the tuna and let marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- 2. whisk the honey into the remaining glaze. On a cast iron grill pan or outside grill get it hot place the tuna steak on the grill. Brush with the honey mixture. Sear 3 minutes turn and brush again with the honey mixture. turn in 3 minutes brush with honey mixture. keep turning and brushing until desired doneness.
