Easy and Delicious. This comes from my Cooking Down East cookbook. I probably use it more than any other cookbook I own.

1/4 c panko bread crumbs

I'm not a huge fan of bell peppers, but they were surprisingly good in this dish. The sweetness of the peppers balanced out the tanginess of the sauce.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. It's also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables.

This recipe is a bit time-consuming, but it's worth the effort. The slow-cooking process results in fall-off-the-bone tender chicken.

The honky-tonk sauce is the star of this dish. It's tangy, sweet, and slightly spicy, and it pairs perfectly with the tender chicken and vegetables.
