Hop-Butterscotch Cookies image

These are possibly the most delicious oatmeal butterscotch cookie. Everyone loves them! Chocolate chips could be easily used in place of the butterscotch but I would recommend giving the butterscotch a try first.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my cookies turned out really flat. They didn't have the same puffy texture as the ones in the picture.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my cookies didn't turn out as well as the ones in the picture. They were a bit dry and crumbly.

I'm not a big fan of beer, but these cookies were surprisingly good! The hops gave them a subtle bitterness that balanced out the sweetness of the butterscotch.
