HOT CHICKEN OR TURKEY SALAD
My mom made this for her bridge club. Was always glad she made to much. Great for using up that left over turkey or chicken. Doesn't look like much but oh so good. My kids love this stuff too. I never have leftovers with their hollow legs

Steps:
- 1. Cut celery and onion add cut up chicken
- 2. Mix with mayo and pour in oven safe dish.
- 3. 20 minutes in 350° oven
- 4. Top with cheese and smashed potato chips return to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
