HOT CRAB DIP image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 (8oz) cream cheese at room temp
2 T milk
1 T lemon juice
2T finely chopped onion or scallion
2 t worcestershire
2 t dijon
1 1/2 t old bay seasoning
1 t hot sauce
1/2 lb crabmeat, picked over for shells
2 T minced fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and all seasonings together in mini-processor. Gently fold in crab meat, do not break up crab if possible. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 20 minutes or until golden. serve with thinly sliced baguette or crackers.
