Hot Dog Stew image

Years ago, I use to have a friend from New York. When we use to visit her mother in Brooklyn, she would make us hot dog stew. It was quite good and something got me wanting it the other day. Although I never got the recipe from her, I decided to make my own version. And here it is :)

The stew was a bit bland. I think I would add more spices next time.

This stew was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I would use less hot dogs next time, or maybe even omit them altogether.
