HOT HERBED TOMATOES image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 pints cherry tomatoes stems removed
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons minced onion
1/4 cupp plus 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
1 large garlic clove minced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 plus 2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Pre heat oven to 400 degrees 1 Place tomatoes in single layer in lightly oiled 13 by 9 by 2 inch bakin dish. 2 combine remaing ingredients expect olive oil sprinkle crumb mixture over tomatoes drizzle with oil 3 bake until tomatoes are puffed 6 to 8 minutes.
