- 1. Butter a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle pecans on the bottom of pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth for 15 seconds in blender on high or one minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake in 350^ oven until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50-55 minutes; cool.
