1 medium onion, minced
2 TBSP butter
1 cup rice
2 cups chicken broth

Steps:

  • Saute onions in butter. Combine onions, rice and broth and bring to a boil in an oven proof pan. Cover and place in a 325 degree oven for 20 minues.
