I thought this recipe was just okay. The apples were a bit too tart for my taste and the whiskey cream sauce was a bit too rich. I probably wouldn't make this again.

I would give this recipe a 3 out of 5. The apples added a nice flavor, but the mash was a bit too dry for my taste. I think I would add more butter or milk next time.

This was a good recipe, but I made a few changes. I used a mix of Yukon Gold and red potatoes, and I added a bit of garlic and onion to the mashed potatoes. I also used a lighter cream for the sauce. Overall, I was happy with the results.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this dish. I'm not usually a fan of apples in savory dishes, but the tartness of the apples really complemented the richness of the potatoes and whiskey cream sauce. I will definitely be making this ag
