Posted for Zaar World Tour 2. This is a creative fusion between the New Orleans classic and the Caribbean. Simple, yet impressive.

This was a great recipe! The bananas were cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. I would definitely recommend this recipe to others.

I would have liked the sauce to be a bit thicker, but overall this was a very good recipe. The bananas were caramelized nicely and the rum flavor was prominent.

This was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference. The bananas were cooked perfectly and the sauce was very flavorful.

I've tried many Bananas Foster recipes over the years, but this one is by far the best. The addition of the brown sugar and cinnamon really takes it to the next level. Highly recommend!
