This is just a great little recipe, quick and easy, and uses ingredients that I think most people happen to have on hand most of the time. Great for the weight watcher!!

- 1. Combine all the ingredients (plus about 3 tablespoons of reserved juice from tomatoes) in a pan and heat to boiling. Then reduce heat.
- 2. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the beans are done to your liking.
