Introduced to a similar dip at a restaurant in the Nashville area. It's addictive. I use fat-free sour cream. Overnight chill is key. Flavors meld together. I use 1/4 jalapeno and that makes it a kicked up mild. Use a 1/2 cup for medium heat.
