6 tomatillos, husks removed, quartered
2 jalapenos, seeded
1 bunch cilantro, trimmed
1/2 white onion, in large dice
3 garlic cloves
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth and combined.
