This recipe was a disaster! The crust was soggy and the filling was bland. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

The kuchen was good, but I think I would have liked it better with a different type of cheese. I used cheddar, but I think a Swiss or Gruyère cheese would have been better.

This kuchen was a bit too sour for my taste, but my husband loved it. He said it was the best sauerkraut kuchen he's ever had.
