Number Of Ingredients 5

2 eggs
butter, weigh first, then melt
flour
sugar
cardamom, freshly ground

Steps:

  • 1. Weigh 2 eggs. Take the same amount of flour, sugar and butter. Melt the butter and grind at least 2 cardamom pods. Mix all ingredients.
  • 2. Scoop 1 teaspoon batter onto Krumkaker mold.
  • 3. Cook for 30 - 40 seconds each cookie.
