I'm not sure what went wrong, but my kuechla turned out really dry. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what happened.

This recipe is a fail. The dough was too sticky and the filling was too runny. I ended up throwing the whole thing away.

Kuechla is a delightful treat that combines the best of both worlds - the crispy, buttery layers of a croissant with the sweet, fruity filling of a strudel. It's the perfect pastry to enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea.
