Number Of Ingredients 6

2 ounces Canadian whiskey
1 ounce joven mezcal
1/2 ounce maple syrup
1 dash apple bitters
1 dash old-fashioned bitters, preferably Fee Brothers
Strip of peel from 1/2 orange

Steps:

  • In a small pitcher, stir together whiskey, mezcal, maple syrup and bitters. Add peel and muddle.
  • Pour over rocks in a double old-fashioned glass.
