Lazy Pigs In a Blanket image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 c rice, partially cooked
1 cabbage, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can(s) tomato soup
1 can(s) water

Steps:

  • 1. In 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole put a layer of shredded cabbage.
  • 2. In bowl mix ground beef, eggs, rice, onion, garlic salt and pepper.
  • 3. Layer on top of cabbage.
  • 4. Add another layer of cabbage on top of ground beef mixture then add water and soup mixture and pour over.
  • 5. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees or until done.
