Leftover Chopped Turkey Salad image

A great way to use leftover turkey in salad! Makes a wonderful, wholesome salad for sandwiches or just served over a bed of lettuce!

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 cups cooked turkey meat, chopped
2 stalks celery with leaves, chopped
½ small red onion, chopped
½ avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
⅓ cup mayonnaise, or more to taste
⅛ cup reduced-fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing
½ teaspoon garlic salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Mix turkey, celery, red onion, avocado, mayonnaise, balsamic dressing, garlic salt, and pepper together in a medium-sized bowl. Adjust to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in a refrigerator before serving.
