Steps:
- bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil cook green beans 5-6 minutes till barely tender drain into collander in same pot over medium heat melt the butter add green beans, lemon zest, salt and pepper-stir to coat- remove from heat toss with basil and serve immediately
