Lemon-Curry Cod image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound cod filet, halibut or red snapper
1 tablespoon flaked coconut, if desired
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray. Place fish on rack in broiler pan. Mix remaining ingredients spread evenly over fish.
