I found this in a 1997 edition of Pillsbury's Fast and Healthy Magazine. DH loves lemon and I have no idea why I have not tried this one. It sounds wonderful.

This is the perfect dessert to make when you're short on time. It's no-bake, so you can just throw it together and pop it in the freezer.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my tart turned out really bland. I think I might have used too much lemon juice.

This tart is a bit too tart for my taste, but I think I can fix that by using less lemon juice next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my tart didn't turn out as good as I hoped. The crust was too crumbly and the sorbet filling was too icy.
