Crockpot Chicken with Pearl Onions & Mushrooms Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 6

4-6 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken or cream of chicken and mushroom soup
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen pearl onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley, chopped for garnish

Steps:

  • Wash chicken and pat dry. Cut into ½ -1-inch chunks and put in large bowl. Add the soup, mushrooms, and onions; stir to combine. Spray the Crockpot insert with cooking spray. Spoon the chicken mixture into the Crockpot and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, stirring about halfway through the cooking time if possible. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired, and serve with hot cooked rice, potatoes, or pasta.
