4 cups white bread cubes
2 cups nonfat milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons applesauce
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat over to 325.
  • Put bread cubes in greased 9x9 pan.
  • Combine all other ingredients and pour mixture over bread.
  • Bake uncovered for 60-75 minutes.
