Steps:
- In a large skillet, brown meats and onion. Pour off grease. In blender or food processor purée tomatoes, one can at a time, until just smooth add to meat along with canned tomato purée, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat or place in a preheated 350° F oven, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 hours or until reduced and very thick. Remove any grease.Note: Substitute all beef or use Italian Sausage for added flavor.
