I would give this cake a 3 out of 5. It's a good, basic apple sponge cake. The cake is moist and fluffy, and the apples add a nice sweetness and crunch. However, I found the cake to be a bit bland. I think it could use a little more spice or flavor.

This cake is okay. It's not the best apple sponge cake I've ever had, but it's not bad either. The cake is a bit dry, but the apples are nice and tart.

This cake was a disaster! It was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

The cake was very dense and dry. The apples were also not very flavorful. I would not recommend this recipe.

This cake was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still good. The apples added a nice crunch and the cake was moist. I would recommend using less sugar next time.
