Low Fat Banana Cake image

This is a spin off of Kittencal's (that genius girl) extreme low fat banana-blueberry muffins. But it was different enough ( I made the muffins a while back), that I decided to post the difference. This cake was wonderful! No one would guess it was low fat with little sugar except the fruit! You can use nonfat sourcream for the yogurt, but I haven't tried that.

I've tried a lot of low-fat banana cake recipes, and this one is by far the best. It's moist, flavorful, and it doesn't taste like it's low in fat at all.

This cake was a little bland for my taste. I think I'll add some spices next time.

I'm not a big fan of banana cake, but this one was actually really good. It was moist and flavorful, and the low-fat factor didn't make it taste any less delicious.

The cake was easy to make and the flavor was good, but it was a little too dense for my liking.
