Steps:
- Heat Butter in small sauce pan. Add flour and cook stirring constantly for about 2 minutes. Add 1 cup beef broth or stock, 1 tsp soy sauce, half and half, salt, pepper and paprika. Simmer on med heat, stirring until slightly thickened. Mix sauce with meatballs, serve with mashed potatoes and lingonberry sauce (from IKEA).
