Make Ahead Cookie Mix image

This is a make ahead mix that can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. The recipes below are 6 different varieties that can be made with the mix.

1 ½ cups butter
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
6 cups all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix together the butter, salt and baking powder. Gradually stir in flour. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
