Steps:
- Pre-heat oven 350 In a blender mix onion and celery finely. Pour chicken broth into saucepan and add onion/celery bring to boil and simmer for 15-20 mins. Add Broth and turkey drippings, eggs, salt/pepper and seasonings. Mix carefully not to make to mushy. Puor in casserole dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
