Number Of Ingredients 9

1 mango, diced small
1/2 large red bell pepper, diced small
1/4 cup red onion, diced small
2 -3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin (or to your taste)
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (or to your taste)
1 pinch sea salt

Steps:

  • Dice mango, red pepper, and red onion and combine in bowl.
  • Mix lime juice, olive oil, ground cumin, hot sauce and salt in small bowl, Whisk together.
  • Mix into salsa.
  • Chop cilantro and add to salsa.
  • Stir until combined.
