Manwich Casserole image

This is really tasty. I used spiral pasta and it's a whole meal. Pair it up with a salad and it's dinner. My grandkids love it.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion diced
3 clove garlic minced
2 15 oz. cans manwich sloppy joe sauce
8 oz pasta cooked and drained
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • 2. Cook pasta in boiling salted water and drain.
  • 3. Saute onions and garlic in a little oil until start to caramelize. Add ground beef and cook until meat is done.
  • 4. Add the cans of manwich. Stir in the pasta. Place in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Top with cheese and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
