This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I usually make a double batch and freeze the leftovers for later.

This dish is a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think I can fix that by reducing the amount of maple syrup in the glaze.

I've tried this recipe with both boneless and bone-in chicken thighs. I prefer the bone-in chicken thighs because they're more flavorful.

This recipe is a bit time-consuming, but it's worth it. The chicken is fall-off-the-bone tender and the glaze is amazing.
