I'm not a big fan of pork, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The maple glaze was the perfect complement to the pork.

I wasn't sure how the maple and mustard would go together, but they actually worked really well. The pork was moist and flavorful.

This recipe is a bit time-consuming, but it's worth it. The pork was fall-off-the-bone tender and the glaze was delicious. I will definitely be making this again.

I found the recipe to be a bit too complicated. I think it would be easier to just roast the pork without the glaze.
