This recipe is influenced by it's namesake on the Boston Pizza menu. Being Gluten Intolerant, I scope out the Pizza menu's and duplicate them at home on my own crust! I love this one!

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my pizza crust turned out really dry. I think I might have over-kneaded the dough.

This pizza is a great way to use up leftover Mardi Gras beads. I just cut them up and sprinkled them on top of the pizza before baking.

This pizza was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it more if I had used a different type of cheese, or if I had added some more spices to the sauce.

I'm not a big fan of bell peppers, so I omitted them from this recipe. The pizza was still delicious, but I think it would have been even better with the bell peppers.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I think that's because I used a spicy sausage. Next time I'll use a milder sausage or maybe even ground beef.
