1 cauliflower
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup black olives, chopped fine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup oil
1 can anchovy, chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Break cauliflower into pieces then steam until just tender.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients and toss with the warm cauliflower.
  • Let stand for 24 hours.
