MARINATED TUNA STEAK
Great marinade makes a tasty tuna steak.

Steps:
- 1. Mix the marinating ingredients together. Add the tuna steaks and let marinate at least 2 hours.
- 2. Remove steaks from marinade. Discard the marinade. Sear the steaks in a little olive oil or grill. Usually about 4 or 5 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes.
